Oven Roasted Sausage and Grapes

By Cindy Salvato

Start by preheating the oven to 350ºF.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, in an ovenproof skillet, over medium heat.

Add 1 pound sausage and sear on both sides.

Turn off the heat. Place 2 cups sliced, seedless grapes (any color) on top of the sausage, sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and dried rosemary.

Finish cooking the sausage and grapes in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

****Lean sausages are the best.
